Scrapological collects information in order to operate our business and provide customer service (such as answer enquiries, fulfil orders), to be able to contact individuals with service-related and/or promotional messages, for business research/analytic purposes, and to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Scrapological’s website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your information may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Information may also be stored electronically on secured devices (such as computer, USB stick).
Your information will be used in accordance with the purposes highlighted in section three (such as to fulfil your order). It may be shared with third party providers who assist with these processes (such as our website host Wix.com or a courier company used to send your order). However, your information will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing, promotional or non-Scrapological business related operations. All information will be treated sensitively and respectfully.
All payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Scrapological adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our shop and its service providers.
Your information will be deleted from our records after a period of two years inactivity with Scrapological unless this is requested sooner. See section eight for details on how to withdraw your consent.

Scrapological will provide communications via email, telephone, or electronic messenger services (such as Facebook or Instagram) during the consultation and/or order process. This may be for purposes such as to update you on the status of your order, troubleshoot a problem that has arisen, or to request your approval on a design.
