Terms and Conditions
Cancellation
You have 48 hours from placing your order with Scrapological to cancel it if required, and be fully reimbursed for your order total. To cancel an order, please contact us. You will not be able to cancel an order after this time.

Delivery
Once payment has been received and cleared, Scrapological aims to dispatch orders within 7-10 days. You will be contacted by email regarding any changes to this due to unforeseen circumstances, or if a problem has occurred with your payment. Please note for scrapbook and custom design service orders the dispatch time will vary and you will be advised on an appropriate timescale during consultation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email.

Scrapological offers free postage and packaging on all UK orders. All items purchased through our online store are sent Royal Mail Second Class, which has a 2-3 days delivery time from date of dispatch. Please note all scrapbook albums and scrapbook kits are sent via the Signed For service as standard. The Second Class delivery time is outlined by Royal Mail and is not guaranteed by Scrapological. Therefore please bear this in mind when placing or contacting Scrapological about an order.

All scrapbook service orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure maximum protection for your special item.
Returns
Scrapological wants you to be fully happy with your purchase. Therefore, if you do experience any issues with our products, or simply change your mind, please do not hesitate to contact us and Scrapological will do their absolute best to suitably resolve the situation.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on orders which have a bespoke or personalised element to them, for example those ordered as part of our scrapbook or custom design service, unless they are faulty.

Please allow two weeks from the date your order was dispatched before contacting Scrapological regarding a parcel which has not arrived.
